The Ignis team works with clients big to small. Our work ranges from large, long-term national projects through to ongoing to partnerships where Ignis is embedded in your organisation’s quality or leadership team.
We understand what’s important and practical from the front line to Board level and use this knowledge in our work to influence and be the catalyst for change where it matters most.
We also partner with a range of other consultants who have extensive industry experience to ensure that regardless of the client or the challenge, we have the skills and knowledge available to support our goal of building better human services.

Our client stories

RSL Life Care – Aged Care
In partnership with BDO Consulting, Ignis worked with RSL Life Care over a 13-month period to facilitate the strengthening of:
- Foundational operational, quality, clinical and corporate governance systems, processes and frameworks,
- Leadership capability with increased alignment, mentoring and practical day to day support, and
- Document management through successful the implementation of document management software and a supporting framework.

Windarring – Disability Support
Ignis Consulting began their work with Windarring in 2022 and the partnership is ongoing today. Ignis has supported Windarring with:
- Preparation for a successful NDIS audit,
- Developing a robust strategic quality governance framework through extensive collaboration and consultation with the team and clients, and
- Establishing document control processes with a view to streamline their existing SharePoint site in the near future.

IPC Health – Child and Family Services
Ignis worked with IPC Health in early 2023 to support the establishment of their new Health Hub “The Local”.
Ignis, alongside QualityWorks established key quality goals for the Local and supported with IPC Health to operationalise these goals within their documentation and processes. The following key components were a focus for this project:
- Developing a robust strategic quality and clinical governance framework in consultation with staff and clients,
- Provide guidance on the establishment of client reference groups and clinical governance working groups to oversee the implementation of the quality framework and monitor its progress post-implementation,
- Develop Terms of Reference for the supporting Hub groups,
- Undertake mapping of existing quality systems to operationalise the quality framework,
- Support IPC health by ensuring their documentation embeds the organisations quality goals.
Ignis is continuing their work with the IPC team in 2024 which a focus on defining and implementing governance reporting metrics and processes.
